Terms of Use

By logging into or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not use the Site.

Subject to these Terms, Printanica grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Site for your personal and commercial use. You may not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the Site; modify or reverse engineer any part of the Site; or use the Site to build a similar or competitive website. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form without express permission.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by Printanica. These Terms do not grant you any rights, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights.

"User Content" means any information or content that you submit to the Site, including but not limited to custom designs, uploaded images, text, graphics, and other materials created using our design tools.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. By submitting User Content, you grant Printanica a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as part of the Site and for order fulfillment purposes.

• ✓You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license
• ✓You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• ✓We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms

You agree not to use the Site to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, misleading, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; or that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Prohibited activities include:

Use third-party links and services at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party sites you visit.

We use Google OAuth to authenticate users. This integration only requests basic profile information and your email address to create and manage your account.

• ✓Scopes requested from Google: openid, email, profile — only used to obtain your name and email address.
• ✓We do not access or store your Gmail messages, contacts, or other Google services data.
• ✓You may revoke Printanica's access at any time from your Google Account settings. Revoking access will stop future sign-ins via Google.

If you prefer not to use Google Sign‑In you can create a local account using our standard sign up form.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Printanica disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• ✓The Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• ✓Defects will be corrected
• ✓The Site or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• ✓The results obtained from using the Site will meet your requirements

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printanica and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including but not limited to:

• ✓Tort (including negligence)
• ✓Strict liability
• ✓Any other legal theory

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Printanica may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

• ✓Any pending orders may be cancelled or fulfilled at our discretion

Printanica respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with a written notification (DMCA takedown notice) including:

Material changes may include, but are not limited to:

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before we begin processing your order.

Payment terms include:
